Fit Week Foundation hosted another successful DC Fit Week 2012 with a FREE week of fitness: April 30 - May 5, 2012 - mentally, physically, nutritionally, & financially!

Attendees had access to Free fitness classes, an educational symposium with Linda Cureton, Grant Hill, Group Therapy Associates, and Food Farmacist as our panelist, and nutritional cooking courses with Whole Foods Montgomery County. Photos of symposium found here.
